This is your chance to live, work and thrive in one of Australia's most beautiful locations.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across WHS, injury management, training and development, and organisational development.Coordinate training programs, manage the Learning Management System, and support staff development initiatives, including traineeships, apprenticeships and cadetships.Assist with WHS compliance by monitoring records, coordinating training, supporting audits, and maintaining policies, procedures and reporting systems.Contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement by supporting health, wellbeing and recognition programs, and coordinating staff communication platforms.Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure accurate record keeping and professional customer service.Knowledge and ExperienceWorking knowledge of administration processes.Knowledge of human resource or WHS processes will be highly regarded.Proven successful performance in a similar role, with exposure to human resources or WHS administration desirable.To Be Successful In This Role You Will HaveCertificate III in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in an administration role.Well developed organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects while consistently meeting agreed timeframes.Sound interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service and deliver quality service outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Demonstrated commitment to Work Health Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Cultural Diversity principles.Demonstrated computer literacy, with experience in the MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Canva (or similar).
