As we continue to grow, we are looking for additional corporate services team members to support our expansion.

**Flexible Work Arrangements**
We have adopted a progressive and forward-thinking approach to recruitment and staff management. While the primary location for this role is our modern Adelaide office in Norwood, we also offer flexible work-from-home and travel policies. Our aim is to reduce commutes and support flexible family arrangements. With team members distributed nationally and internationally, technology plays a crucial role in facilitating remote working arrangements and ensuring exceptional client delivery.

**About the role**
- Oversee the delivery of business registration services, including:

- Australian company registration
- Foreign company registration
- Bank account establishment
- Other corporate registrations (e.g. tax registrations, ABN, DIN, etc.)
- Office and Address services, including:

- Registered office address facility management
- Virtual office address facility management
- Process Agent facility management
- Office administration support
- Resident Director services, including:

- KYC and verification
- Resident Director compliance monitoring.

This role provides a unique opportunity to step up into a leadership role, making a difference to our clients through their contribution to service delivery.

**About you**
You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial, Governance, Law, Commerce (or a related field) preferred, but not essential
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- A strong commitment to customer service, confidentiality and continuous improvement (particularly process improvement)
- An entrepreneurial mindset, focused on growth.
