Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
About the Role:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction is required, with expertise in new building and alteration projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in reading blueprints of varying complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company when interacting with clients.
* Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and complexities.
* Familiarity with DOB NOW and BISWEB filing systems is essential.
Requirements:
1. No less than 5 years' experience in commercial project management or estimating.
2. Possession of a 4-year college degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Project.
4. Experience with field management software such as Procore is an advantage.
5. Superb verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
6. Thorough knowledge of building codes and OSHA regulations is essential.
