About The Role
BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Perth Metro and surrounding areas. You will deliver evidence‐based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programmes, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programmes for aged care clients in the community
* Post‐graduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated computer literacy
* Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
* Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
* Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third‐Party Property Damage car insurance
