The role will have room for learning, development and growth. The Sommelier role will be full-time and require independent wine-related service as well as team-orientated assistance and leadership.

The Role

The Responsibility
- Demonstrated experience as a senior waiter/Assistant Sommelier/Sommelier in a premium restaurant
- Exceptional service skills that are guest focused
- Passion for the wine and drinks world, and a love of dining
- Extensive (or growing) knowledge of wine, both current and old world and awareness of industry trends
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Be interested and engaged with restaurant life
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Full-time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous
- RSA certificate
