Brand Manager
to lead
Drumstick
– a true Aussie classic that's been winning hearts since 1963.
This is a chance to shape Australia's most loved cone, with big campaign ideas, trade activations, and end-to-end flavour launches people actually line up for.
If you know how to identify a flavour trend that speaks to the masses, bring our Classic brand pillars through social, and can smell a brand moment like a fresh waffle cone, this could be your dream role!
Responsibilities
End to end project management for innovation and renovation – from ideation of product and packaging development through to launch – working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the business throughout the process.
Brief and execute above the line creative and media campaigns, social media and trade marketing communications.
Manage the brand and our sustainability 3rd party partnership with Clean Up Australia.
Develop the future brand strategy through the annual brand planning process.
Ensure product quality as part of ongoing quality assurance reviews.
Attend trials and first production runs of NPD at the factory on site.
Crafting scroll-stopping creative across media, PR, ATL, social and trade – from first brief to freezer aisle fame.
Manage a significant A&P; budget to deliver brand plans, campaign launches and all consumer facing initiatives.
Who we're looking for
A degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce and 3+ years' marketing experience as a Brand Manager in a FMCG role.
Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable presenting to internal, external, local and global stakeholders.
Excellent time management and organisational skills; thrives in a multi-tasking, high-paced setting.
Strong storytelling ability based on current trends, data points and insights.
Excellent communication skills in writing briefs and engaging various internal and external audiences.
Strong creative eye; confident in evaluating creative and experience working with external creative agencies.
Proficient with IRI or Nielsen to interpret data and form recommendations.
