About The Role
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Dubbo Depot.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customersProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlySchedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong regionSupport the team with day-to-day depot operationsManage inventory control and stock movementsComplete end-of-month reconciliation tasksGeneral administration duties to support depot efficiency
Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience (essential)Strong organisational skills with high attention to detailAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesInitiative and sound problem-solving skillsCompetent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)Strong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of HSSE and Chain of Responsibility (COR) processesCustomer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a teamCommitment to compliance and safety standards
