With forecasted revenue exceeding $150 million in FY26, they are poised for significant expansion and seeking a solid finance leader to support their next stage of growth.About the RoleDue to continued growth, the business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage the full finance function across the group.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be instrumental in strengthening financial systems, streamlining reporting, and providing strategic support to the executive team.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth environment and work closely with senior leadership to drive the company's financial success.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Set up and maintain new project reporting and control systems.Lead the drafting and finalisation of annual budgets.Further integrate finance systems to improve reporting timeframes and efficiency.Support the CFO with funding initiatives aligned to business growth.Maintain robust financial controls and ensure accuracy across all reporting.Ideal CandidateWe're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who is both technically strong and hands-on, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.You Will BringCA/CPA qualification and a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within property or construction.Ability to work with leadership teams to deliver insights, manage risks and support growth.A strong focus on system integrity and process improvement.Experience with Xero, Estate Master (ideal not essential) and Microsoft Office suite.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Why Apply?
