The Opportunity:
Support our Obligation Management Solution (OMS), part of Ashurst Integrated Solutions, which helps identify and manage regulatory changes for clients. The Project (Enablement) Coordinator will support Solution Partners and the Legal Director in sales, development, and maintenance of the solution, providing administration, sales, logistics, and project management support. This role involves working closely with legal, risk, IT, and client service teams and offers an exciting chance to be part of an innovative, growing solution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting sales and project management activities
* Collaborating with legal, risk, IT, and client teams
* Assisting in the development and support of the Obligation Management Solution
Qualifications and experience required:
* Experience in law or professional services, working with Partners and client-facing teams
* Proactive attitude, quick learner, adaptable to fast-paced environments
* Experience with project management practices from start to finish
* Sales coordination, content creation, and relationship management skills
* Proficiency in documenting processes and using Excel for project activities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
