Remuneration : $65,024.93 - $70,655 per annum
Hours Per Week : 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will provide excellent, individualised patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You’ll play a vital role in supporting recovery, promoting dignity, and enhancing health outcomes for patients in rehabilitation and aged care services.
- Deliver and assist in planning and evaluating quality nursing care
- Provide best practice care within professional, ethical, and legal standards
- Promote holistic care that respects patient needs and rights
- Communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team for seamless care
- Maintain accurate records to ensure protected, continuous patient care
Essential Criteria
- Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
- An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
