Overview
We currently have an opportunity available for a full time Receptionist at Brown & Proudfoot Lawyers Horsham, in regional Victoria. The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident, highly organised, and with attention to detail. Relevant experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service duties - you are the first face the clients see, bring your smile and caring attitude to everyone who visits the firm
- General administrative and reception duties including answering phones, record management and communication skills, etc
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Offering assistance to other staff members generally
- Basic typing and transcription of documents and recording
- Mail and banking
- Other duties as assigned
- Strict confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
