We’re seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Southbank, Brisbane. In this role, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to provide strategic and practical HR solutions that support our clinicians, teams, and business performance.
Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you'll:
* Partner with leaders across various states and national functions to deliver and shape people strategies.
* Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance management, change, and organizational design.
* Contribute to key People & Culture initiatives, including workforce planning, engagement, talent development, and WHS.
* Work collaboratively with a national teams, including specialists in Talent, OD, and Systems.
Qualifications
* Has 5+ years’ experience in a generalist or HRBP role, preferably in a multi-site or health services environment.
* Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, transforming business and is solutions-focused.
* Brings strong knowledge of ER/IR, performance coaching, and HR best practice.
* Is comfortable navigating complexity with a calm and collaborative style.
