As our Lead Educator, you are an essential part of our team! You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and lead your assistant educators to deliver play-based educational programs and practices that support the development of young minds. You will provide a safe, creative, responsive and nurturing environment that engages our children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

What you’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
* Current Working with Children Check
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
* Experience with Storypark is a bonus
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
