We're seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team on site. This is a fantastic opportunity to upskill our production workforce while enjoying a competitive salary.
This role involves delivering safe, effective, and engaging training to our operators, ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.
You will play a key role in:
* Delivering hands-on training and assessment for truck operators
* Supporting the implementation of site-specific training strategies and initiatives
* Maintaining accurate training records and documentation
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contributing to training solutions
* Promoting a strong safety culture across the workforce

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders, and/or Excavators in a coal mining environment
* A current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skill list (training transcript) LMS document
* A current Trainer/Assessor qualification (Enterprise Trainer/Assessor or equivalent)
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor in open cut operations
* A current QLD Drivers Licence
* A Standard 11
