Functional Therapy Co' is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in our Perth clinic. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to our diverse Paediatric client base. This position is available part-time or full-time and offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Your New Role:
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify client needs, set goals, develop and carry out evidence-based intervention to support progress toward goals.
* Collaborate with other key stakeholders such as Doctors, Paediatricians, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Dieticians to provide holistic, high quality services.
* Implement and measure intervention progress on clients' speech, language, fluency, voice, and/or swallowing abilities
* Maintain detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
* Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
* Hybrid service delivery options to keep your role dynamic - sessions can be delivered at participant homes, schools, within the community, in our North Perth clinic, or via telehealth.
What we're looking for:
* An Undergraduate or Master's degree qualification in Speech Pathology
* Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia
* Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with our participants, their families and their wider support network, as well as your team and other allied health professionals.
* 2 years of experience working as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a clinical or community-based Paediatric setting
* Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care
* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software
