We are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic and growth-focused organisation in Dubbo. Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular calls, meetings and emails
- Identifying client needs and delivering tailored sales solutions
- Executing the end-to-end sales process, including quoting, negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records and customer information using Salesforce
- Representing the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach and a clear focus on delivering results.

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident and capable individual who brings:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience working with commercial clients and achieving sales targets will be highly regarded.
