As our Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales agents by managing the 'listing to settlement' process and ensuring the smooth handling of all sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and customer service support to leading sales agents
Process new listings
Liaise with vendors regarding VPA payments
Coordinate Form 1 management with conveyancers
Prepare and upload sale contracts (Private Treaty and Auction)
Manage contract processing, from acceptance to settlement
Create and manage addendums, contract variations, and terminations
Communicate with all parties during the sale process (vendors, purchasers, conveyancers)
As the Team Manager, you will be the right hand to the lead agent Chris Jenman, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional client service, and ongoing development of systems and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily team operations and run team meetings
Diary and appointment coordination
Oversee marketing plans and project manage property campaigns
Book styling, trades, suppliers, and photographers
Coordinate listings from launch to settlement
Liaise with vendors and buyers throughout the process
Prepare sales documents, marketing materials, and proposals
Manage social media strategy and implementation
Maintain and evolve team systems, processes, and client care strategies
Conduct market research and CMAs
Build expertise across One System platforms (Nurture Cloud, ActivePipe, Canva, Google Suite)
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
