About Christian College Geelong

Role Overview
This two-year position of responsibility offers an exciting opportunity to shape curriculum, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing success of our students in English.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven excellence in teaching English, particularly at the senior secondary level.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop colleagues.

Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and coordination of the English faculty, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
2. Support the development and implementation of innovative and engaging English curriculum programs across senior year levels.
3. Mentor and support faculty members in professional growth, pedagogy, and assessment practices.
4. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
5. Contribute actively to the wider academic and co-curricular life of the College.
