About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our organization's transformation efforts. As Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural evolution, specifically through strategic pillars like 'Raise the bar for Leadership' (RTBFL).
You will be responsible for fostering connections between RTBFL and other cultural workstreams, people, and priorities. Additionally, you will lead one of the sub-streams focused on recognizing, celebrating, and investing in our leaders.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the right resources are allocated to the right work, creating meaningful, measurable, and purpose-driven experiences that build trust in society and address pressing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design sustainable delivery rhythms that enable performance and drive results across the team.
* Apply your expertise in change management, leadership development, transformation, operations enablement, or governance to solve complex problems within a People and Culture function.
* Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
* Manage participant cohorts across experiences, facilitating feedback loops to promote adoption and continuous improvement.
* Cultivate alignment among OD, Culture, Experience, and Operational leaders; influence decision-making and remove barriers to delivery.
* Utilize reporting, data, and feedback to inform decisions and shape future priorities.
