We are seeking a seasoned continuity professional to lead our service management efforts. As Senior IT Continuity Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing service continuity and recovery plans that ensure business resilience.
* Develop and implement robust service continuity and recovery plans to safeguard business operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess ICT services and systems that support critical business processes.
* Conduct thorough business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to inform continuity planning.
* Maintain and improve the Key Business Services (KBS) list to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Plan, design, and coordinate disaster recovery plan testing with Service Owners and stakeholders to validate preparedness.
* Evaluate and enhance the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) framework to align with industry best practices.
* Educate stakeholders on service resilience culture to foster a proactive approach to continuity management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong technical foundation with experience in recovery strategies and technology.
* Hands-on expertise with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services, and service integration.
* Good knowledge of 24/7/365 enterprise environments and customer-facing platforms.
* Expertise in process design and process maturity.
* Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and emerging technology best practices.
* Proven expertise in Service Management & Technology Operations.
Selection Criteria
* ITIL Certification and a strong understanding of service levels.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in service continuity and disaster recovery within a medium/large organization ICT environment.
* Experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
* Extensive understanding and ability to apply recognized industry toolsets and frameworks associated with business continuity management.
