**You will have the following skills and experience**:
- 2 years' experience in a customer service role. Call centre is preferable however strong customer service experience from Retail or Hospitality will be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, polite phone manner and excellent written English skills.
- A good attitude with the ability to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise
- The capability to work in a team environment where you will collaborate with cross functional teams.
