Your New Role
We understand that our members are busy, and visiting a local branch can be challenging. To facilitate easier access to home loans, our Mobile Bankers visit members wherever they are, at times convenient for them.
As the face of Australian Military Bank, our Mobile Bankers play a key role in proactively growing the home lending portfolio and providing a seamless end-to-end banking experience, offering expert mortgage advice and supporting members through one of their most exciting purchases – their home.
About You
Member experience is your passion; you prioritize your members’ experience above all else.
You are results-driven, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and tech-savvy. You have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products, and an understanding of the real estate market within your region. You excel at creating new opportunities, converting leads, and managing your pipeline. You naturally build and maintain relationships through business development with members and within the local community.
o Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering are essential.
o Current Australian Driver's License is required.
