Test Manager: This position supports to implement a new Human Resource Management System including HR/ Payroll and Workforce Management Modules. The position will be responsible for overseeing all testing for the 1HRMS Project, ensuring quality, stability and performance. The requirement of the services will focus on integration, performance, UAT, system validation, and issue resolution, delivering strategies to meet business needs. The Test Manager will lead and coordinate all test activities within the project working collaboratively with the 1HRMS management, Implementation Partner and project team. Specific responsibilities include: Manage Testing phases (System Integration, Functional, UAT, Performance, Regression) to ensure functionality and integration meet requirements. Collaborate with project teams to define requirements, track issues, and manage the testing lifecycle. Coordinate resources, environments, schedules and activities to meet timelines. Maintain test documentation, including strategies, results and reports. Manage defect tracking, prioritisation and resolution. Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks and outcomes. Ensure compliance with quality standards and recommend improvements. Collaborating with the 1HRMS project team and SMEs to ensure UAT reflects a comprehensive understanding of changes being implemented. Partnering with the project functional teams to ensure alignment between the technical implementation and user needs. Supporting UAT and rollout phases, ensuring users are adequately prepared for the testing. Required Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale test management in complex multi-disciplinary environments. Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP Test Management with in-depth understanding of implementation and testing methodologies Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test lead roles within ERP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality. Hands on experience with a broad range of Test Management and defect management tools, such as Azure DevOps. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration between diverse stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in testing and quality assurance. Well-developed planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Additional requirements: Experience within a SuccessFactors and/or Workforce Software project is highly desirable.
