You'll own Tiller Academy, our customer training platform, while supporting Helm CONNECT implementations and onboarding. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, training, and client engagement.
What you'll do
* Create and manage e-learning courses
* Deliver client training and onboarding
* Support implementations from a training & process perspective
* Work directly with customers to tailor training
What we're looking for
* Business analysis, training, or software experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Technically curious and client-focused
* Payroll or enterprise systems experience (bonus)

* Experience in business analysis, software implementation, or training
* Strong ability to explain technical concepts simply
* Confident working with clients and delivering training
* Technologically savvy and highly organised
* Payroll or enterprise software experience is highly regarded
