Customer Service Role

We are seeking a full-time team member to work in our Gold Coast or Sydney office. This role offers opportunities for career growth within our award-winning contact centre, emphasizing outstanding customer satisfaction and service excellence.
The successful candidate will be required to attend the office 2 days per week on a rotating roster from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and effective solutions to client queries.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and producing welcome emails for new clients.
3. Assist with client inquiries related to our services, liaising with key stakeholders as needed.
4. Draft and produce client communications for advisors and managers.
5. Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
6. Support key advisers by responding to their calls, addressing their needs including adviser and dealer group administration.
7. Apply problem-solving and time management skills to deliver excellent customer service outcomes.
Requirements
* Experience in financial services or a related field, with knowledge of insurance, banking products, and familiarity with platform services (desirable).
* Proven customer service experience in a call centre environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
* Energetic and motivated individual able to resolve queries and support clients via excellent phone interactions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and high standards.
