As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused laundry operations.
?? What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations with autonomy across labour, suppliers, capital, and linen replacement
Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Business Performance and Improvement Team
Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
Champion safety, workforce planning, and staff development
