**The Role**:
Beevo is seeking a highly organised and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team in the Melbourne office. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you'll play an integral role in supporting the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You'll do this by building strong relationships with our agency partners in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Relationship management with our agent partners is critical to ensuring we create and maintain every opportunity to maximize the referral flow of business. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Client Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships whilst supporting the broader Business Development team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fielding of account-based enquiries from agency partners
- Weekly market-wide communication and reporting to partners
- Following up on leads/and or other opportunities
- Administration duties to support the Business Development team
- Preparation of reports, data entry and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- CRM Management (Salesforce)
- Working collaboratively with the broader Beevo team
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of corporate experience in a Sales Admin/ Customer Service role (preferably B2B)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The skill to build and maintain strong client relationships as well as being proactive and solutions driven
- A self-disciplined ability to work autonomously as well as be a member of a close-knit team
- A genuine customer-focused attitude with the desire to learn and assist the broader Business Development and Sales team
- The understanding of the importance to achieve specific KPIs and targets
- Proven ability to multi-task whilst responding to ad-hoc customer queries
- A positive attitude and highly organised
**Ideally, you'll also have**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (particularly Excel and Google sheets)
- CRM experience (Salesforce)
- General knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry or experience in the Real Estate support services industry
