What You'll Do
As the new Business Development Manager for New South Wales, you will own retail and on-premise accounts across the state, driving customer engagement, distribution, and sales growth for White Claw and MAS+ by Messi.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow retail and on-premise accounts across New South Wales, delivering volume, profitability, and sustainable sales growth.
Develop and execute journey plans to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across national, independent, and on-premise accounts.
Lead execution of promotional and pricing plans, ensuring compliance with national agreements.
Drive distribution of core SKUs and new product developments across channels.
Develop and implement local events and sampling plans, including tastings to build awareness.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and accurate forecasting.
Track and report on key KPIs, including volume growth, profitability, forecast accuracy, ROI from events, and promotion execution.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years' experience in FMCG sales managing National or Key Accounts; preferably within the liquor industry.
Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to achieve volume, profit, and growth targets.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills, with a hunter mentality.
Experience planning and executing events, activations, and promotions.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel 3-4 days per week, including overnight stays.
