Mamamia is Australia's largest independent women's media group, reaching seven and a half million women each month across written, video, and social platforms.
This role involves leading revenue growth while building strong relationships with agencies in the Victorian territory. You will work closely with a talented team of Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales targets in the VIC agency territory.
* Lead and develop a team of talented Sales Managers while building strong external agency relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative, integrated advertising solutions that meet client expectations.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow Mamamia's footprint with agencies and clients.
* Retain and grow revenue across existing clients through proactive pipeline management and compelling solutions.
* Lead major pitches and negotiations, including escalation management.
* Maintain deep relationships with senior agency leaders and client decision-makers across Victoria.
About You:
* You bring 15+ years of digital media sales experience with at least 7+ years of leadership experience across multiple sales streams.
* You have a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results.
* You possess strong existing relationships across VIC media agencies.
* You have excellent pitch, negotiation, and communication skills.
* You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation.
* You're adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
