Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for flexibility, autonomy and the support of a multidisciplinary team? Our client is an award‐winning allied health provider with multiple modern clinics across Melbourne, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics and other allied health services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their team on a contractor basis.

This opportunity allows you to build and manage your own caseload while working across clinic, community, home and telehealth settings.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Support clients across the lifespan with a variety of physical, cognitive, sensory, psychosocial and developmental needs
• Deliver services in clinic, home, school, workplace and community settings
• Develop and implement client‐centred therapy plans focused on functional outcomes and independence
• Provide education, coaching and support to families, carers, support workers and educators
• Complete functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments and reports
• Recommend and prescribe equipment, environmental modifications and adaptive strategies
• Support clients with self‐care, home management, community participation and vocational goals
• Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Participate in career development, mentoring and multidisciplinary training opportunities

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current Victorian Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Professional association membership (preferred)
• Strong communication, organisation and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

• Experience working in community, disability, NDIS, paediatrics or rehabilitation settings
• Experience completing functional capacity assessments and assistive technology reports
• Interest in home modifications and complex care
• Experience supervising Allied Health Assistants or students
