The Position:
This role holds accountability for contributing to the seamless running of the designated area. This role is an advocate for Trident Aviation and
Transport and is focused on being an integral part of the engaged aviation team. The role is tasked with leading the Trident Aviation Services team in protecting the skies and creating an exceptional 'customer experience' whilst promoting the desired work culture around the Trident Visions and Values.
To be successful in this role you need:
* Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote and maintain OH&S standards and practices
* Current Security License and First Aid/CPR
* Current ASIC or ability to obtain
* Senior Management experience - preferably in a security or aviation transport environment.
* Previous experience in highly regulated environment.
* Current Drivers License and reliable transport
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* High personal integrity and grooming standards
