Job Title: Vocational Services Supervisor
The Vocational Services Supervisor will lead and support teams in completing contracted garden maintenance assignments efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include planning tasks, providing supervision, setting work schedules, and following safety policies.

* Plan and allocate tasks based on team members' skills, goals, and needs.
* Lead and support teams to complete jobs safely and to a high standard.
* Provide extra supervision when team members are learning new tasks or trade skills.
* Promote a positive public image by modelling respectful behaviour and customer service.
* Help team members maintain professionalism in dress, language, and conduct.
* Set and manage daily work schedules to keep jobs on track.
* Check and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
* Assist with loading and locating gear for each job.
* Complete daily reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in landscaping or land care.
* Demonstrated awareness of disability.
* Strong communication skills.
