Partnering with SiteStaff Au gives construction companies access to a skilled and ready workforce.About the RoleAs a Shotcrete Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in shotcrete spraying and cutting, setting up and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the job site is safe and operational. This role requires previous experience in manual labouring, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in manual shotcrete spraying and cutting under the guidance of a Crew Leader.Lay and set up pump lines safely to industry standards.Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite, ensuring all areas are safe for operations.Wash down equipment and flush out lines at the completion of works.Follow all OH&S policies and procedures, including hazard identification and reporting.Participate in safety meetings and adhere to workplace safety requirements.Complete necessary documentation and job site forms.What We’re Looking ForLabouring experience in construction, concreting, or shotcrete work (essential).Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a high level of fitness.Strong work ethic, teamwork, and a commitment to safety standards.Manual driver’s licence (essential).Previous experience in industrial safety procedures.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Desirable QualificationsShotcrete spraying and/or cutting experience.HR or MR truck driver’s licence.OHS – Red Card (Construction Induction Training).What’s on OfferCompetitive pay and conditions.Secure, ongoing work with a well-established construction company.Opportunity to develop skills in high-end shotcrete applications.A supportive team environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.If you have experience in construction labouring and want to gain further expertise in shotcrete applications, this is a great opportunity.
