About the Role The Secondary Teacher - Diversity has a vital role in the next phase of strategic growth of the College and is expected to demonstrate excellence in the knowledge, understanding and research of their Learning Area, and will actively contribute to the holistic education offered at MacKillop Catholic College. The College will reach its full Prep to Year 12 status in 2025. TheSecondary Teacher - Diversityworks within whole-college initiatives to address the diverse needs of students through a culture of inclusiveness and focuses on the holistic growth and development of each student. The Secondary Teacher - Diversity contributes to teh qaulity of educational outcomes of the College by providing effective assistance to teachers in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
