About The Role As the Early Childhood Teacher and Room Leader, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You’ll build strong partnerships with families, mentor educators, and create inclusive environments where every child feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
