Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of our college farm enterprises, conducting training and assessment, and preparing and delivering training programs. They will work closely with students and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the management of the college farm, including livestock management, machinery maintenance, and horticulture.
* Conducting training and assessment, including hands-on training and written assessments.
* Preparing and delivering training programs, including lesson plans and materials.
* Working closely with students and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in agriculture, including experience in livestock management, machinery maintenance, and horticulture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
* A Certificate III in Agriculture (or equivalent) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
