Job Title
A Clinical Practice Development Partner is required to join our national clinical leadership team. This role involves developing and delivering training in line with our Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead-Residential Aged Care and the Residential Aged Care Operations team to drive continuous improvement and practice development opportunities within areas of risk.
We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual with knowledge of contemporary learning and development practices within Aged Care, understanding of the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards including legislative regulations.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement processes, knowledge of systems including incident management and CRM, excellent time management and planning skills, and understanding of professional accountability and clinical standards.
We require current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse, minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain one within the first 12 months, previous experience in clinical leadership roles, willingness to undertake the Mercy Health Foundation Improvement Capability program, police check and/or NDIS clearance.
