Property Manager – Box Hill | Mandarin Speaking
Ready to take ownership of your own portfolio in a supportive boutique office? We're seeking a Mandarin‐speaking Property Manager to manage a well‐maintained portfolio of 90–100 properties in and around the Box Hill area.
This is a Monday–Friday position in a supportive boutique agency, where you'll have the backing of an Assistant Property Manager and the opportunity to truly make the portfolio your own.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of 90–100 residential properties
* Mandarin speaking essential
* VCAT experience required
* Support from an Assistant Property Manager for admin
* Use PropertyMe software
* Portfolio located locally around the Box Hill area
* Monday to Friday – no weekends
