Design Coordinator Role
This role involves coordinating and managing design documentation for various infrastructure projects, including piling, reinforced concrete, drainage, and ground stabilisation works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage design documentation to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Assist in selecting and awarding consultants and subcontractors to support the project's success.
* Provide value engineering during tender and design phases to optimize solutions and reduce costs.
* Review and resolve design clashes to ensure constructability and prevent delays.
* Prepare and submit design progress claims and detailed handover documentation to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement and support innovation in design methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
