Vocational Training Manager
You will establish and maintain a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring full compliance with relevant standards. You will lead the setup and registration process, develop policies, and implement a high-performing VET delivery model across all campuses.
Key responsibilities include overseeing data management systems, ensuring reporting and funding body compliance, and recruiting a skilled Vocational RTO Team. You will work collaboratively to align RTO activities with curriculum and pathways blueprints, leading internal audits and review processes.
* Required Skills:
o Data Management: Proficiency in data management systems and ability to ensure reporting and funding body compliance
o Policies and Procedures: Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures for RTO operations
o Leadership: Strong leadership skills to recruit and manage a skilled Vocational RTO Team
