The Role
This role oversees all gaming operations across EG, Table Games, TAB, Keno and Loyalty/VIP, ensuring compliance with legislation and responsible gambling requirements while driving guest experience through strong floor leadership. It manages gaming leadership teams, operational risk, incidents and financial performance, and works collaboratively with internal departments to support continuous improvement across systems, processes and culture.
Skills & Attributes
* 5+ years of leadership experience across EG, Tables, TAB and Keno
* Strong compliance and responsible gambling expertise
* Diploma qualified (or higher) with substantial industry experience
* Strong gaming regulatory knowledge with proven workforce leadership
* Eligible for Casino Licence, RSA/RSG and legal Australian work rights
