As an Entry Level Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing high-quality documents, all while fostering effective relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is based in Boorloo – Perth, in our state of the art new office on Elizabeth Quay. Our roles include the option of flexibility that work for both you and the business.
Your key responsibilitiesManage Complex Schedules: Organize and coordinate intricate calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements to optimize time for senior leaders.Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring they meet specific requirements and uphold the firm's standards of excellence.Facilitate Communication: Act as a key point of contact between Partners and both internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for fostering effective communication and supporting the smooth flow of information.What we look forTo be considered for this role you must have:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or team assistant role, with a desire to advance to an executive assistant position.High motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations.Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and formatting.Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management, and workflow.Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence with dealing with all different types of stakeholders.A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.What we offer youAt EY, we'll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
