You’ll also play a part in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives as the team continues to grow. Manage Workers Compensation matters as a core part of the role Handle motor vehicle accident and public liability files Maintain strong client care from engagement to resolution Use advocacy and file strategy skills to progress matters effectively Build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify growth and improvement opportunities within the practice Work with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team structure What you'll bring 3 to 5 years’ post-admission experience in personal injury law Essential experience in Workers Compensation Experience managing motor vehicle accident and public liability matters Excellent advocacy and file management skills Strong client-facing and communication ability Strategic thinking and sound commercial awareness Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Attention to detail and professionalism Initiative, warmth and the ability to work well in a team Interested in this position?
