Responsibilities
* Support the Product Manager in the development and execution of seasonal product ranges
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends (local and overseas) to inform product decisions
* Assist with product selection, pricing, margin analysis and sales performance reporting
* Maintain accurate product data across range planners
* Coordinate end‐to‐end product development timelines from PO through to shipment sample
* Liaise with suppliers on product specifications, samples, costs, packaging and delivery timelines
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance, QA and critical path adherence, while supporting Product Administrators
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within retail buying or product development
* Strong numerical and analytical capability
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
* Proficient in Excel
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
