We are seeking an inspiring and values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead RACR into its next chapter. This is an exceptional opportunity to guide a trusted organisation known for practice excellence, innovation, and strong community impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and governance in partnership with the Board, ensuring alignment with RACR’s mission, values, and strategic priorities
* Ensure strong organisational performance, risk management, and accountability
* Lead financial sustainability, including funding diversification, tenders, and contract negotiations
* Drive innovation in service delivery, continuous improvement, and digital transformation
* Lead and develop a high-performing executive team and inclusive organisational culture
* Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant services, with a strong focus on the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with government, funders, peak bodies, and community partners
* Advocate for policies that support healthy relationships and prevent family and domestic violence
* Strengthen RACR’s leadership role within the Relationships Australia Federation
* Champion reconciliation, cultural safety, and engagement with First Nations and multicultural communities

You will possess deep sector insight, strong presence and outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build influential partnerships and lead a large, multidisciplinary workforce with confidence and credibility.
