About the Role
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other enquiries relating to drug & alcohol testing, immunization clinics, respiratory fit mask testing, etc.
* Timely and effectively fulfil all incoming post-incident booking requests, including sourcing and scheduling of collectors.
* Manage client drug and alcohol testing schedules, immunization clinics, and respiratory fit mask testing in line with relevant client needs.
* Arrange travel requirements for collectors, nurses, trainers, and other work staff as required.
* Process paperwork received in line with company policies and client SOPs, including processing payments as required.
* Provide additional support to the wider customer service team when needed.
About You
* Previous experience in customer service or administration roles is beneficial.
* Demonstrated customer service skills, including establishing positive relationships with internal and external customers are essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, negotiation, and teamwork are necessary.
* Experience in assessing priorities and working quickly and accurately to produce high-standard work in a busy environment is ideal.
* Strong administration skills, including competence in using electronic databases and IT solutions are required.
