Assistant Store Manager – Liverpool Factory Outlet
You will be the heartbeat of our Optus store, working alongside the Store Manager to orchestrate excellence, amplify customer delight, and fuel a performance surge in your team.
Your day to day
* Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of amazing individuals empowering them to shine.
* Act as the retail expert behind our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring our store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy.
* Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, letting them leave with a lasting smile.
* Assist with onboarding new team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to surprise and delight our customers.
