We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Sydney, helping to take our business to the next level!
This role is a full‐time position for a 360 recruiter, focused on recruiting trades throughout Sydney and Australia.
It is a warm desk that was established 8+ years ago, with warm clients and a well‐managed candidate base, providing the opportunity to hit target from month one.
This is a successful desk, and you will be joining a team where all other recruiters are hitting targets, providing a great culture of support to help get you up to speed quickly.
This role would suit an ambitious hands‐on experienced recruiter within the construction industry who is excited about the challenge of contributing to a growing team with exciting targets!
What you need?
* Two years full‐time work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or
* A Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in a related field, and two years full‐time post‐qualification work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Valid driving license
