Job Description:

We are seeking a Fire Suppression System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing product support and technical services to our customers alongside our Fire Suppression products.
">
Main Responsibilities:
">
">
* Train and coach Fire Suppression Technicians in the installation of fire suppression systems;
">
* Estimate and quote jobs for customers, assist with accumulating paperwork for service coordination;
">
* Adhere to all policies & procedures, especially EHS policies;
">
* Support technicians from other regions and assist in training;
">
* Perform fault diagnosis, maintain and install Fire Suppression systems;
">
* Work effectively in a team environment or autonomously;
">
* Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills;
">
* Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in sales activities;
">
* Assist with machine audits/inspections;
">
* Internal Sandvik product accredited certification will be provided;
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
You will have strong customer relation skills and the ability to work within a team, with possible team leading experience in previous roles. You are flexible to work with customer requirements, procedures, and follow all safety policies. Further, you have a positive attitude and a high level of determination to achieve targets set for customer satisfaction.
">
Having direct knowledge and exposure to fire suppression systems applicable to predominantly underground with installation and service experience of Mobile Fire Suppression systems is beneficial. Being accredited by the Fire Protection Association (FPA) will be highly sought after.

A valid driver's license & Basic computer literacy incl. E-mail, Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
