Traffic Management Designer
A challenging opportunity exists for a Traffic Management Designer to join our team based in head office. Any given day may see you performing various tasks such as obtaining planning approval, conducting site meetings, and liaising with clients on plans.
About the Role:
* Obtaining planning approval from relevant authorities
* Performing project RSA's where necessary
* Site meetings with clients
* Liaising with clients on plans
* Liaising with Traffic Controllers for onsite variations
* Billing TGS's & TMP's
* Managing traffic plan variations
* Attaching relevant documentation to applications
This role requires a person with traffic management design experience who is looking to become part of an expanding business. The ideal candidate will hold relevant traffic control tickets, a white card, and a certificate in Design and Construction of Traffic Management Plans. A minimum of 2 years' working experience as a Traffic Management Designer is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold relevant traffic control tickets
* White Card – Construction Industry
* Certificate in Design and Construction of Traffic Management Plans: RIICWD503D
* TMD1 or Above
* General knowledge of road construction, timeframes, and procedures
* Sound knowledge of WHS in road maintenance environment
The successful candidate will be outcomes focused, have the ability to plan and keep organized, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and team player values. They will also be able to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
